First, nobody knows what jets you have anyway. You, and only you, will know by opening the carbs. Secondly, not all exhausts are the same, so you need to learn how to examine the spark plugs; they will tell you whether your jets are correct or not.

Your orange/redwire from the solenoid does not connect to the orange/red wire at the next connection. Why is that?

What about the opposite side of the starter switch that completes the circuit for the starter solenoid?

Your crankcase breather tube is clogged or needs to be emptied.

The choke is your tell

Your pilot jets are dirty

Check your ignition switch wires below the ignition switch to make sure power is coming out of that switch

Yup, need to load test batteries. Not just bench test them.

Try aluminum brazing rods. I can't guarantee they will work on the head but I also think they are a cheap option if it doesn't work out.
